Manchester Moving and Storage was founded in 1968 in Manchester, Connecticut as a family-owned and operated business. What started as a small local operation has grown into one of Connecticut's most trusted moving companies, now employing over 100 staff members with a fleet of more than 60 pieces of equipment.
Located at 615 Parker Street in the historic industrial district of Manchester — near the start of Rails to Trails in the old Paper Mills — we operate 35,000 square feet of storage space across four buildings.
Unlike many companies in our industry, we are not a moving broker. Every move is handled directly by our own professional, uniformed crews. We have the ability to haul 99% of all the moves we sell, with our own company personnel present from start to finish.
